North Carolina Conservation Network
Jamie Cole joined the North Carolina Conservation Network in 2015. Previously she worked for the North Carolina NAACP as its public policy and legal coordinator, and, while in school, was a Fellow in the Washington, D.C. office of former U.S. Representative Mel Watt. She currently serves on the planning committee for the North Carolina Environmental Justice Network and on the board of directors for Forward Justice. In 2014, she received the North Carolina NAACP’s ͞Humanitarian of the Year award.
Cole holds a Juris Doctor degree from North Carolina Central University School of Law and a BA in political science from Spelman College.
